Rye Coalition is a 10 billion megawatt powerhouse masquerading as a 5-man band. Hailing from Jersey City, New Jersey, Rye Coalition began as part of some white-bred punk, hard-core, metal, independent rock, college weirdo-fest. Today they are poised to inherit the mantle passed on from Led Zeppelin, Grand Funk Railroad, AC/DC, and Chic.

A few short months ago, the Hard Luck Five (as they like to call themselves) left the cozy enclave of the dirty Jerz and headed to sunny Southern California to work on their latest masterpiece of funky rock. Guiding them through the haze of beer bongs, Crown Royal, and the occasional jam session was none other than Dave Grohl.
